Policies and Conditions for the Deactivation of the Tap On Phone Service

Information Processing

Upon deactivation, all personal information linked to the Tap On Phone service will be permanently deleted from the system.

Procedure to Request Service Termination

To deactivate your Tap On Phone account, please follow these instructions:

  1. Access the Tap On Phone application from your mobile device.

  2. Select the “Delete Account” option on the main screen.

  3. Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen prompts.

  4. Send an email to soporte@symbiotic.com, including “Service Termination Request” in the subject line and providing your account details.

Merchant Responsibilities

The service cancellation can only be processed through a formal request sent to soporte@symbiotic.com.

Processing Time

Once the formal request has been received, Symbiotic will process the deactivation within a maximum of three (3) business days.

Consequences of Service Termination

By requesting the termination of the Tap On Phone service, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All access and permissions associated with the account will be revoked.
  • If the user wishes to reactivate the service in the future, they must complete the affiliation process again.
 

Policy Modifications

Symbiotic reserves the right to update or modify these policies and conditions as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to users through the application or via email.
